The United Kingdom’s market for alternative sweeteners is mainly propelled by the increasing demand for natural sweeteners across the region. Sugar substitutes in the country represent the fastest-growing market, with Xylitol accounting for the majority of the share, of nearly 20%. Moreover, the rising consumption of sweetened yogurt and bakery products are also expected to play a crucial role in fueling the market growth.
